Difference between registered & Unregistered Rent lease
What is the effect of a Registered and Unregistered lease deed on the lessor and lessee in respect of a rented premise? In other words what difference does the registered and unregistered make on the lessor and lessee? What is the advantage of a registered lease over an unregistered lease to the landlord?

where the property of the lease is situated? if it is in AP, the lease deed should be registered.
