Gift deed means gift without any consideration.

Memorandum of Gift deed means gift with consideration.

Mr Bharat if the Gift is with Consideration amount it do not remain gift but it is sale.Only differeance between the memorandam and the Gift deed is that first one is an agreement where the acts of the gift giving and taking are yet to perform and in the gift deed it is ststed that the acts are performed and both giver and taker of the gifts are giving their consent and are agreed to it. one id for the future performamnce and second one is for the present performance of deed.
