What is this establishment: Commercial or Industrial?

You and redg. Office of the company were in which state?

What was your designation and nature of duties?

Did you receive acceptance of resignation, FNF statement, FNF dues, and did the company adjust notice pay in FNF statement?

If your answers are yes to the questions raised by learned Mr.Kumar Doab, you may issue a lawyer's notice demanding the subject letter, if not complied or there is no reply to the notice, you may initiate appropriate legal proceedings as envisaged in law.
