Did not add sisters name in 7/12extract in uttan, maharashtra on death of brother.

I am an 81 years old lady staying in Thane, Maharashtra. I have two brothers and one sister. My eldest brother had purchased some lands in Uttan village, Taluka and district Thane. He passed away in the year 2014 with no direct legal heirs (wife and daughter passed away in the year 1965 and 1967 respectively.) My other brother transferred the said land on his name without including sisters and my name in the 7/12 extract. 1) How can I add my sisters and my name in the 7/12 extract. 2) Are we barred from the Law? 3) Can we file police complaint against my brother? Kindly Help. Thanks in advance.
