Develped property

We are 2 brothers and a mother after father passing away in 1991, and in 1994 i was alloted a VACANT INDUSTRIAL PLOT as SHARE    through a family partation @ compromise status and a DEGREE  at a CITY CIVIL COURT in  1994.

Now after 20 years i have developed  on the  alloted plot with a building for my workshop and residencial dwelling  ,also none of the family members are with me.

Can my brother  / mother file a fresh suit for  their wills and gains so as to revoke the patration share and jeportise my peace and harmony in days to come .

Awaits your kind reply.

no they can not do so , as the partition had done in 1994 with the interference of court and they even didnt appealed to that decision of the ld court and it is also barred by limitation act and res judicata now.

Txs Mr  Anish Thakur.

I was  thinking  in the line it   requires of one more  DEED , like  a Gift deed / a another INJECTION from the court.
