Dear Learned Members,

Please guide me. My 498A case has reached a stage where me and my family is supposed to give our say in the court. Please tell me what precations should we take while go on record?

consult your lawyer about  this, he will guide you, and never admit any allegation of cruelity done on wife, say you are innocent and case is false, all the allegations imposed upon you are false

You have a lawyer already who is representing you in the court. Consult it with him.
