Demand of property

Hi,

how can we claim own part from a combined property got from grandparent if my name is mentioned in all the docs and property tax.

What should be process for both combined house and
forest land.

Hello Sir,

To claim your share in the combined property I would suggest you convince the other co-owners in the property to sell it off and each one of them could have their share.

Thanks for reply..but they are not in mood of partition..since coowners are son of deceased brothers only.

If it is agricultural land RTC, tax paid reciepts if any ,SR No,boundaries ,if u have any sale deeds ,assessment etc.if it is site,,building ,khata extract,khata no site no,boundaries,tax assessment for present yrs
