Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought a flat in Hyderbad in the month of October 2011 and get it registered in November 2012 when Appartment is under construction(Semi finished),per Builder construction would be completed in March 2012 and possession will be before May 2012 and took 100% loan from Banker in February 2012 but he did not completed the venture yet although he stoped construction from June 2012 saying some financial problems and given many deadlines for posession but did stand any of those,I am paying EMI for the total amount and staying in a Reneted house it is really over burden to me.I have checked agreement copy he did not mentioned the project completion date. Please suggest what step to be taken as builder not in contact ,he changed his contact number and he is not visiting the site,no work in progress since 6 Months.I am totally depend on you..How can I get justice ..Please help.I can provide all the details.This is not only my problem site owner also facing the same problem.
