I had filed a review petition in Hon'ble Bombay High Court.
My petition was dismised on 06/05/2016. I applied for Certified copy along with Demand Draft on 16/05/2016 Certified copy branch of Hon'ble Bombay High Court, but i didn't got the copy till 10/06/2016 so i filed review petition with Internet Copy. after then demand draft is retured to me from certified copy office on 15/06/2016 and they told me to sent a money order without acceptance of DD. so i sent a money order on 16/06/2016. and they sent me a certified copy of judgement on 27/06/2016 but the date mentioned on application for certified copy is 20/06/2016.
so what should i do ?? Is delay is considerable or i have to file dealay conden application ???
