Delay by copy agency

Friends,

delay by copy agency to provide certified copy of about 7 months, on the other hand neither information had been provided by my associate in petition nor any condonation of delay was filed (my argument are "when such period is exempted in Law there is no need to file condonation of delay application") and matter (RFA) is fixed for final argument in appellate court is there any judgment on that issue.

"delay by copy agency to provide certified copy of about 7 months" Is this delay because the copies were not rady or because the party/advocate did not collect the certified copy?

pl see when the order was pronounced and when the CA was applied and when the charges were called for and when the charges were paid and when the CA was made ready and when it was delivered. All these will be looked into while deciding the issue.

you should apply certified copy of the application by which you have applied for certified copies of the orders and then you mention that fact in your petition it will be exempted if Court finds that your version is correct
