(We have been thinking that the UGC is proper authority to de recognise and declare the degrees of those fake universities as invalid.  SC Judgment is new, hence this request)

can any one help me in finding the citation of Supreme Court regarding - Whether the Degrees awarded by kalinga university ,raipur a Private University prior to 2005  are valid or not for employment .
