01. The JMFC granted interim injunction and restrained the husband to not to sell house
02. The wife's amount of Rs.90000 is lying in Nazir Office of JMFC but for technical rasonable the JMFC did not allow the wife to take that 90000
03. Dist Court vacated the interim injunction in Appeal filed by the husband
04. Wife filed an application that she wants to challange the Order in High Court and hence she needs Rs 90000 immidiately from JMFC to take paid-legal-services of advocate
05. Then Dist Court Stayed its Order for 15 days and directed the JMFC to issue cheque name in name of Wife in 15 days
06. But the Nazir Office failed to issue cheque and 15 days have passed today.
