Hello Experts,
My family is being harassed on Social media. Some estranged relatives are spreading false rumours taking names and blatantly posting stuff on social media. They have written to professional circle on linkedin and friends on facebook. All this can be proved.
What action, how and where to be initiated?

If you feel they have defamed you in social media, you can very well go for defamation case against them under IPC
