Defamation against the Witnesses

Respected lawyers ;
In a case , complaint The has made quite objectionable comment which is totally false and abdication of prestige ( character assassination )in his SA against a women . Further , inquiry Witnesses also say lies and character abusive words that is "The woman is living illegally with some other man and She is having a divorce dispute with her husband""

further , the complain petition filed by complainant is totally letter stock of lies.

the case is pending on the stage of inquiry witness. What should a woman do ? Can the woman make a case of defamation on the basis of that court document (SA u/s 202 crpc and inquiry witness paper) ?

If you meet the requirements for a civil action, you can sue someone fordefamation, whether libel or slander, if they have written or said something bad about you. However, you must be able to prove the necessary elements of adefamation suit if you wish to collect damages.
