Dear All, I want to discuss and ask you on an incidence that happend with me on 21/05/2015. I was standing in front of a shop. Shopkeeper came out and started abusing me publically for no reason. I have said nothing to him. Should I fille defamation case against him for causing harm to my self respect ?? Please share your views and help me.

Its very trivial an issue to file defamation case.
