Also I would like to know about the court percentage (of total amount claimed) fees I have to pay while filing case.

399. Fees depends upon lawyer. Talk.with lawyer first. In India quantum of compensation is not as high as in the west. It might so happen that lawyer fees may supersede damages/compensation granted by civil court/may just be dismissed without costs depending upon merits of the case.

The fee would depend from lawyer to lawyer. The court fee is also contingent on the state where the case is pending but it is usually arpund 1 percent of the total amount claimed.
