My question is regarding "Deemed Conveyance". The original lessor leased the land to lessees for 100 yrs. The lease agreement states that the end of the lease term the building and the land is to be returned to the lessor. Can the lessees collectively apply for deemed conveyance ? For redevelopment
Can lessees apply for deemed conveyance without formation of a Society ?

Sir,
A lessee has no right to apply for a deemed conveyance of the property, as the ownership of the land is not transferred to him, he is a mere lessee for a period of 100 years.
For the permission to redevelopment, it absolutely depends on the terms, conditions and covenants of the lease deed.

As rightly opined, a lessee cannot have a deemed conveyance, he redevelopment will depend on the conditions of leasehold agreement.
