Deed of exchange

my father made a deed of exchange agricutural land(registration) in 2010 but still not entered into records and what we exchanged is more valuable than what we got so can i stop those agreement now now i am major

Mr. Reddy, once the exchange deed is registered document so it has to be mutated in revenue records but still it is not entered . Hence inquired to Revenue Official for the said cause and how the other party also is in possession of exchanged land or not and paying cess of that land is to be ascertained.
