Deed of cancellation

Dear All,

I fought the civil case and judge gave the judgement as follows

"In the result, this suit is decreed in part with costs by declaring that the registered sale deed documents bearing Nos. XX/XXXX and XX/XXXX,'  dated DD.MM.YYYY in respect of Schedule A and B  Properties executed by the 2nd defendant  in   favour  of  the  1st defendant is  null  and  void  and   are cancelled accordingly."

The above lines are from judgement.

I am the plaintiff.

Now, the next procedure is to get it endorsed in the books of  Sub-Registrar office.

Now, what should I do?

1. Should I request court to send the Judgement/Decree to Sub-registrar becuase the Court already cancelled, and I no need to file a Deed of Cancellation
(OR)
2. prepare a Deed of Cancellation and along with certified Judgement copy and get it registered.

Please clarify. Thanks for all your help
