My case is where the share of various companies where in single name holding and the holder is no more. We had applied for a succession certificate from the court in the joint name of wife and daughter of Share holder.
The court proceedings took a while and in the mean time one of the applicants of succession certificate also passed away.
Now my question is can the Shares and Demat Holding of Original share holder be transferred to Second joint holder or i will have to prepare a new succession certificate for the same.
