we where four partners in a registered partnership firm.we three brothers and our father.last year december our father died.currently there are four members in our family.we three brother and our mother.we where all equal partners.now want to know what need to be done .we want to transfer mom share in loan account i.e(i/4th of 25%) since we three brothers are also eligible for 1/4th share.do we need to register a deed ?
