Daughter rights in uttar pradesh

Hi ,

I am from Uttar pradesh , Married. Two year back my father expired without making any property will. I have two brothers all married and my Mother is also alive . When my Father expired he have :-

1) Agricultural Land from from my late grandfather

2) Residential property

3) Commercial Property.

I am aware that HSA2005 have given full rights to married daughter as well but some of the local advocates of UP said that UP law suppress the HSA 2005 .

My question is 1) is I am having rights on my father properties in U.P 2) what could be the next step to get it.

Thanks in Advance.

A similar query has been discussed at:

It is felt that agriculture being state subject there are some issues with Agricultural land as per State Law: UP Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act (Zamindari Abolition Act).............................

However a local lawyer well versed with such issues can guide best.

Valuable advice of learned experts/members is sought.
