Dear Sir
A 10th class CBSE Pass the Board Exam but Unfortunately his Date of Birth was entered wrogly by the school staff.Although the student Birth certificate and school leaving certificate was present in the school. When student knew his date of Birth is wrong.He started rectification process according to the method mention in website of CBSE Board but in vain,due to lack of help from the school and CBSE Board ,Finally the student file a case in High court. Please Guide me sir How much time it will take to get the judgement from the honorable High court . Also guide me, as the student suffer more than one year and impact on his future was negtaive. So how he will get componsetion for his loss.
