DV judgement

Dear all, I have question abt DV. I got DV order last week. But magistrate has passed 1000 maintain and 2000 for rent and also said there is no evidence and no documents in petitioner side then how judge passed the order. She filed DV R/W 23 and 19 and 20. Judge not mentioned DV happened. Just passed the order. And also put the date 11.12.2013. What is the exactly? What happen in next date.
