one thing it is GREEN BENCH and not BREEN BENCH.

to my knowledge, in high court the bench which deals with the environmental matters may be in the form of PIL is being referred as Green Bench.

for this u can c the roster of some high court....in P&H high court we do ve such a term being used for such purpose.
