DD CANCELLATION

For the cancellation of 500rs DD the SBI charge me rs 236 and I got only 264 rs after the cancellation. They said the system automatically reduces the amount it might because of gst. What should I do?I came to know that there is no cancellation charges for face value upto 500

Sir,

You can write them seeking the clarification about deduction of the charges.

On the basis of the clarification, if you are not satisfied you can decide the future course.
