father is dead. mother is psychic n child is physically with aternal aunt for the last one year. I want to know the Act under whichlegal custoy can b claimed and jurisdiction

It's paternal or maternal grand parents can claim. If they r not interested paternal aunt can claim they can claim under gaurdian and wards act.plz consult well known advocate.
