Sir, My brother and his wife not able to take care of her daughter. My brother is farmer and no income from land so he can take care of his daughter education, future. My brother's wife always quarrel with him and she not properly look her daughter. I am newly married and my wife also agreed with me to take custody of brothers daughter. My brother's wife opposed the decision.
Since, their financial condition is too weak.
