Crpc 482

what is the remedy of 482 crpc? can we file appeal/revision against 482 crpc in same high court in DB ? is there any provision how to challenge the high court order/direction u/s 482 crpc. in same high court? eg. a fresh application made u/s 482 in high court then high court given against order to the application, now what is our next step to come out of this situation?
