Crpc 302 eligible for accused in his case

Sir/Madam,

I have been intentionally and falsely filed under sec 501(i) by my own blood-related sister who is practicing as Advocate Madras High Court.Trial is going on.She has filed for 302 crpc.I have been filed as accused in this case,since she is an advocate in High court ,by using her influence at police station she had filed FIR against me but for my complaint against her, no FIR is filed even after High court direction.

can i apply for crpc 302 to assist my advocate for my case in which i stand as accused.I am a engineering college professor and I have no Law Degree.

self defending of fight your case yourself is your right, file an application before court u/s 303 of Cr.P.C and fight the case your self or through pleader as you think fit so.

Section 302 of Cr.P.C related to prosecution side and not defense side.
