Sir/Madam My wife has submitted in her 125 petition that she hasn't been doing any job. In my reply, I have attached her appointment letter. Will Hon'ble court itself will ask for her employment details from the said employer or I have to file application U/S 91. Please guide. Thanks

1. You are required to file specific application u/s 91 CrPC for call for complete uptodate records from her company and get the application allowed.

if we know that she has quit the present job but we dont know about the new company she has joined then what can be done? ask for her bank statements? but again she might have opened a new account?
can we ask for Income tax form 26AS from banks?

you have to file an application under section 91 of cr.p.c. to call the record thereof.
