Cross examination of investigation officer in accident cases

For examining in any case, writing chronological facts on statements separately, highlighting the inconsistencies in such reports /statements,  and challenging them with facts like CCTV footage etc., are the only ways.  There can be no correspondence course of cross-examination.  The advocates must first distinguish facts and false statements in each document/statements and confront the witness with that facts..
