Criminal case against police

I want to file Criminal case against police as they have been cheating on the petition that was filed by my wife and I filed FIR against my wife U/S 156(3) n 16-3-2017 but no investigation from police till date. I filed complaint in SHRC against police and hearing is pending on Nov 14. I want to file criminal case on police do I have to approach Magistrate or direct HIGH Court before or after SHRC order

I think u can file a complaint in lok ayukta. and high court but it will take huge time in money in high court best option in lok ayukta in it no Advocate is necessary only 160 court fees u can file directly

The Lokayukta (also Lok Ayukta) is an anti-corruption ombudsman organization in the Indian states. Once appointed, Lokayukta can not be dismissed nor transferred by the government, he can be removed only by passing impeachment motion by the state assembly.
