Sir, A false Case under section 306 IPC was registered against me in 2012. Police submitted cancellation report twice in the court. Complainant didn't agreed to the cancellation report. Court asked her to submit protest petition in next hearing on 13/6/18. On 13/6/18 she made a statement that she didn't want to submit protest petition and she is agree with the cancellation report. After acceptance of the report by the court what action can I take against the complainant as well against the state as from the ingredients of her statement no case under section 306 IPC is made out. The police registered the case just to help her in getting compassionate job from Govt.
