Credit card settled - timebarred - cibil

If a bank has settled credit card dues on a one time settlement, and if the same is time barred.

Can a bank sell/transfer the balance amount to another entity/agency/company as NPA/outstanding due for recovery?

Can the new entity put it up on CIBIL after 7 years as written off and claim interest on the written off amount so that they can armtwist now after so many years??

Would appreciate an opinion

The OTS amount was paid or not?

OTS was paid through post dated cheques which were cleared. I have the statement after the payment and also passbook entries>

thanks

The new entity that has uploaded onto CIBIL has used a different account number that is different from my credit card number hence not mentioning the bank.
