Credit card menace

You file a case in district consumer forum against SBI inTanjjaore puttingforth all the above facts after giving a legal notice and stating that  SBI has commited deficinecy in service in recovering the loan with respect to its credi tcard although a major part of dues but Rs.8000  HAVE BEEN CLEARED it  is fradulently claiming its creditcard  dues as Rs.100000   instead of  Rs.8000.If you appreciate this answer please give me a like on my profile.You can expect justice in consumer forum.

You have cultivated the trouble.

the dues kwwp multiplying on compund rate each month.

The dues arose in 2006 and the bank could have filed civil suit by 2009.  now the limitation is over.

the limitation will revive once you aknowledge the debt by reply to the notice or by filing consumer case.
