Creation of a religious trust

We are a group who visit Sabarimalai every year. We wish to do that same in a more organised Manner for which we wish to form a Religious trust. Can somebody help me with a sample copy of such a trust deed. The trust would be based out of Bangalore. I would also want to know the process for registration of such a trust.
