Hello ,
A sole-proprietor is being converted into pvt.ltd company.
One office property is in the name of the sole-proprietorship concern and the same is also taken over by the private limited company so is there any formality required in this regard .(Considering it was a sole-proprietor).If anything required then what are they ?
