Respected seniors & friends,
My Qurery is as under;
i have filed one summary suit u/o 37 of c.p.c. In which plaintiff is a partnership firm and the suit is filed by the one of the active partner of the firm and here my qurery is that, is it compulsory to get authority letter of other partners for filling said suit. And if it is compulsory then can i produce it with the rejoinder affidavit ?
