Court violating process

Wife filed divorce case in Bandra Family Court, Mumbai. Without completing marriage counselling process and without Marriage Counsellor report back to court, court wants to start argument for interim petition and child access. My opposition lawyer company is a big lawyer house in Mumbai. Judge seems to be stopping me, ridiculing us without any reason, and only hearing opposition lawyer company, and acting on their word. I am not interested to submit payslip unless marriage counsellor writes that reconcilliation failed. Technically, if reconcilliation is successful I will be back to normal business of running my family, and I do not need to submit payslip. Judge is completely irrational to ask me payslip at this stage, I feel. What is your opinion?
