It is learnt that there is a Supreme Court order on the following matter of importance. If so please arrange to provide a copy of the same and any other related orders, instructions etc.
" The Road Level should remain the same height even the road repair or surface renewal work has to be carried out. Added to this, these works have to be done after excavation and removal old layers etc without disturbing the permanent height / level of the roads, which was ordered to be maintained ever."
