I have to file an appeal under section 17 (1) of securitisation Act-2002 in DRT the maximum court fee according to Matter is 1lakh . I want to know that this fee can be desposited partly? Can the Registrar Grant permission on application as similar procedure as filing a civil suit?

No. The required fee has to be paid while filing the SARFAESI Application before the DRT through Demand draft without which the Application will not be accepted.
