how much is the rate of court fee to file written statement in a suit for specific performance in tamilnadu

As per section 12 of Tamil Nadu court fee and Suits Valuation Act value of court fee on written statement in a specific performance suit depends on subject matter of suit on Written Statement or Market value of the subject matter.
