Court fee payment receipt

sir, i had to file a civil case and the lawyer suggested i pay the court fee of approximately x amount into his bank account and that he will draw a draft and file the suit, 

my query is:

1. does the court give a receipt for acknowledgement of court fee paid?

2. can i get a copy of that receipt along with my plaint copy filed, from my lawyer?
