Court fee in case of partition suit

Hi experts,

My sister has filed a partition suit and she has fraudently included my properties(they stand in my name and i have made the payments for buying those properties)also in the suit.She forcibly staying with my parents in the joint family house to avoid court fee..is there any way to make her pay the court fee at least for my properties..Pls give me suggestions..
