Court fee and jurisdiction of court

Hi

What is the court fee applicable for "Leave & License" eviction case in state of UP? What I have gathered till now that it is as high as 8.5% of 1 year license fee. It it correct? Agreement is for 11 months

 

Also, leave and license eviction cases need to be filed as as SCC suits only or otherwise?
