What are the steps involved in while a case begins, after plaint is prepared, where it should get numbered, to which authority the court papers should be submitted, what things are looked after and how a number is allotted to a case and who will issue the number? Request you to let me the steps starting from the court gate to the initiation of the case, so that pleadings begin.
