A false case on my parents have been lodged by my wife whose a Hindu foregin national domilced in Australia last 10 years and holds the passport .
She is not working happily in Brisbane her crooked mother has been purusing through police while on holiday to extort money from innocent people , as they couldnt anything in Australia.
As law is very fair not biased " just because you are married doesnt mean you can claim anything "
I want my parents who are Indian citziten to file a counter criminal case in India against them so that they cannot leave India and get their passport impounded .......what can we do advise please !!
