above is my correct name, but in ssc it is reflecting as nagaraja kumar k in other documents like 12 & graduation and PG my name is reflecting as nagaraja kumar kunesetty. now I would like to change my name to "NAGARAJ KUMAR KUNISETTY", please advise me the procedure.
