Iam from Mumbai,This is with regards to my Birth Certificate correction, I have 3 mistakes in my certificate.
1- In the name column i have only my name ( missing my surname)
2-my fathers name is completely wrongly recorded as Joseph Francis Mendes, However my fathers correct name is Jose Antonio Mendes.
3- My mothers name is wrongly recorded only as Rosy however her correct complete name is Sebastiana Rosy Da Cruz.
Now the challenge im going through is that my Marriage certificate have been recorded as per the details on my birth certificate thus my surname is missing in my marriage Certificate. I did approach the Municipal Corp who have advised me to have any 3 documents jointly in th name of my parents before my birth, however i dont have any.
Please advice how can i resolve this issue. Any possible way of getting it corrected through court.
